1st mortgage loan package - $115 - $200

• Seller package - $115

• 2nd mortgage and/or HELOC - $90

• Reverse Mortgage -$90

 

Basic Notary Fees:

$10 for each notarized signature

$0.30 per photocopy of  each notarized document

• Power of Attorney
